The products within the B2B Reality Labs portfolio enable organizations to redesign business processes and increase productivity, while also transforming their employee experiences and organizational culture in a meaningful way. To help with the ongoing growth of our Reality Labs B2B organization, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the team of Client Partners responsible for providing SaaS and Meta hardware solutions in North America.The ideal candidate will be aware of the potential that future of work solutions have to transform organizations through more natural ways to communicate and collaborate. They will have a proven track record of growing new SaaS and hardware solutions across mid-market segment in North America. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, professional who can drive results through operational excellence and is able to move fast while keeping focused on go-to-market execution. This person will mentor and coach the team on strategies and tactics.This is a hands-on leadership role which requires sales and business skills to build and execute our mid-market North America sales plan. This person will have the primary responsibility of enabling software and hardware sales to scale across the region and attract and retain the most valuable and active client user base.

Head of Mid-Market Sales, NA, Reality Labs Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead and coach a team of high-performing Client Partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets in mid-market North America
  • Lead operational execution for sales performance, forecasting, strategic coaching and accurate pipeline
  • Work with Marketing to assess various marketing campaign effectiveness to drive inbound and outbound leads
  • Work with Product to provide relevant market feedback
  • Create appropriate market segmentation, target account list and resource allocation
  • Analyze all stages of sales pipeline, identify and coach to gaps
  • Work with the partner and channel ecosystem and other cross functional teams to execute on joint KPIs and sales target
  • Willingness to travel within region and internationally

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years sales management/leadership role in SaaS and/or Hardware sales
  • 4+ years in people management experience and proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
  • 4+ years experience in regional SaaS and hardware market

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise software, start-ups, and the business of innovation
  • Experience managing sales teams with MEDPIC or other SaaS sales methodologies
  • Experience with VR/AR/XR products and commercial use cases
  • MBA or Masters Degree
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
  • BA/BS degree
  • Highly analytical, deep understanding of what it takes to drive lead qualification and win rates
