They do not need to be ready for publication.

If a description, requirements, compensation, schedule, or other details are still being finalized, enter the information you already have and save the listing as a draft.

You can also leave us a note explaining:

• what is still changing,
• what information is still coming,
• which decisions are still pending,
• or where you would prefer that we avoid going too deep until additional details are available.

Don’t wait for perfect information. Getting your requisitions into Edge of Bliss early gives us more time to make productive use of your WMI subscription period.

What Happens Next

1. Add your requisitions.

Enter whatever information you have for each priority job. If a listing is not ready to go live, save it as a draft.

2. Give us the context.

Where available, include search history, candidate response, known constraints, true must-have requirements, and anything your team has already learned.

3. We begin each WMI workup.

Every active requisition is analyzed independently. We begin with the information available and identify anything else that would materially improve the analysis.

4. Receive your initial WMI workups.

Our target is within three business days once we have enough information to conduct meaningful analysis for each requisition.

5. Put the intelligence to work.

As each job and campaign becomes ready, Edge of Bliss applies the approved positioning, Featured Job Posting, distribution, and other campaign elements within our control.

6. WMI stays active.

Throughout the subscription month, we monitor relevant market conditions and campaign response for your active WMI requisitions.

If we identify a material change that could affect one of the searches, we’ll let you know and recommend an appropriate next move.

Three Slots. Up to Three Active Requisitions.

WMI Advantage 3 reserves WMI capacity for up to three active requisitions during each monthly subscription period.

Each slot operates independently.

At your next monthly renewal, you can:

Continue a requisition in its current slot
or
Reassign that slot to another priority job.

You can make that decision separately for each of your three slots.

If you continue the same search, we begin the new subscription month with a refreshed foundational WMI workup, incorporating current market conditions and what we learned during the previous month.

If you move a slot to a new requisition, we perform the foundational WMI work required for the new search.

Your WMI Subscription Begins When Your Order Is Activated

Your WMI subscription period begins when your order is activated and renews monthly on your subscription schedule.

Because Edge of Bliss reserves analyst, monitoring, and campaign capacity for all three WMI slots throughout the monthly billing period—and much of the foundational work occurs early in that period—delays in providing information or approvals do not pause, extend, or reset the subscription period.

Month-to-month. Renews monthly until canceled.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial billing periods are not prorated, refunded, or credited, and unused WMI capacity does not roll over.

Reserved Capacity Is Available When You Need It

You do not need to activate all three requisitions on the same day.

Advantage 3 reserves capacity for up to three active WMI requisitions during the subscription period, allowing you to bring priority searches into WMI as your needs develop.

Unused slots, however, do not roll forward into future subscription periods.

That reserved capacity is what allows Edge of Bliss to be ready when the next important requisition needs attention.
