Compensation: Up to $30.00 per hour including base pay, commissions, spiffs, and bonuses.

Active Communications, an Authorized Retailer for AT&T, has an immediate opening for an AT&T Wireless Retail Sales RepresentativeAs an AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Representative you will be working directly with our AT&T customers in a courteous and professional manner. Your role is to educate our customers on our entire suite of AT&T products and services, then guide the customer through the selection and purchasing process.

As an AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Representative for Active Communications your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and working with our AT&T customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Guiding customers throughout the store and educating them on AT&T products and services.
  • Assisting customers with the purchase of AT&T products and services, and helping customers with any questions or needs they may have relating to all things AT&T.
  • Working side by side your supervisor and assisting in the operational aspects of your location which include managing and stocking inventory, pricing inventory, merchandising of products and general housekeeping to ensure customers and fellow employees have a pleasant environment.
  • Assisting in marketing activities designed to attract customers to our AT&T locations.
  • Training with your supervisor to increase your selling, operational and eventual managerial skills as you develop within the Active Communications organization.
  • Other duties as directed by your immediate supervisor and corporate team.
As an AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Representative for Active Communications we require:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year or more in a customer service environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older and be able to legally work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation to insure on time arrival for all scheduled shifts.
  • Bilingual is a huge plus, though not required.
  • Willing and able to submit to a background check
  • Open availability 7 days a week which included evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • A love for learning new things and open to coaching from our amazing trainers
  • Being a team player by being supportive to your peers and supervisors
