Mobile Generation, the fastest growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in the Midwest is currently looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our corporate team. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the sales operations of the company by analyzing data, developing, and implementing strategies, and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with managing selling systems, generating reports in different formats and have a keen ability to adapt new processes to ensure sales operations at Mobile Generations are executed at the highest level.

The Mobile Generation Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for:
  • Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize sales tools from Verizon Wireless to increase revenue opportunities for Mobile Generation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Develop and manage sales training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Manage and maintain the sales CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Create and manage sales reports to track progress and results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
Mobile Generation is looking for candidates with:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience and sales management in the wireless industry, preferably with Verizon Wireless.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to travel to company locations when the need arises.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the company continues to grow and thrive.
