About your role:

The Used Car Manager is responsible for all aspects of used vehicle management. They manage inventory purchasing, reconditioning, and disposal. They work directly with the General Manager to assure streamlined processes, appropriate inventory types and levels, that maximize profits and customer satisfaction. This position oversees service and maintenance work to provide the best vehicles for our customers in line with established quality and turn standards. This position is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

What is the education & experience needed to be successful?

  • High school degree or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of used car management and purchasing required.

  • 5+ years used car pricing experience.

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in auto service preferred.

Work Hours- 

Regular work hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Employee hours vary and are dependent on business needs. The position is 5 days per week, Monday through Saturday, with evening and weekends as needed to satisfy the requirements of the position. Employee hours vary and are dependent on business needs.

  • Base compensation, Exempt: $70k-$110k annually
