This full-time Sales and Service Representative will be located at 3225 Peachtree Parkway in Suwanee, Georgia. The required hours for this role are Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Part-time options are not available at this time.

Responsibilities
The essential functions of the job include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
Engaging customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Providing assistance with account servicing needs
Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who are able to provide solutions for their financial needs
Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience: 6+ months in a customer service role
Preferred Skills: Sales, Retail Banking, A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
