Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Mentorship: Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and
• Therapists in implementing effective treatment plans.
• Client Assessments: Conduct in-depth client assessments and prepare comprehensive treatment reports.
• Program Design: Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs tailored specifically to the needs of each client.
• Competency Assessments: Conduct quarterly assessments to ensure team competency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Central Reach to analyze client behavior and skill acquisition data to inform program modifications.

Qualifications:

• Certifications:
  • Must hold BCBA Certification (Required).
    Additional Licensure Required:
    North Carolina, Arizona, Tennessee: LBA (Licensed Behavioral Analyst) is required.
    Georgia, Indiana, Maine: Must reside in the state (no additional licensure required).

Evening hours as needed, Monday through Friday, with optional weekend availability.
