We are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Director to join our team. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home health patient care.
Responsibilities
– Manage all clinical activities and programs in accordance with regulatory standards, including guidelines.
– Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
– Oversee medical management processes and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and maintain quality assurance standards.
– Able to also do admit and recertification visits as needed while hospice patient load grows.
Skills
– Proven experience in managing clinical operations.
– Strong understanding of principles and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
– Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
