Full-time Home Health Physical Therapist

$65-$70 per unit, usually around 30 units per week

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in various home settings! This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Physical Therapist looking to make a positive impact on patients’ lives across various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

– Administer physical therapy treatments to patients

– Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises

– Monitor and document patient progress

– Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

– Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

– State licensure as a Physical Therapist

– Profound knowledge of anatomy and physiology

– Experience in acute care, outpatient settings, hospital medicine, orthopedics, or clinics

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
