Job Summary:

The Showroom Sales & Social Creative Lead will oversee the showroom displays, furnishings, accent pieces, rugs, and other décor items, keeping the showroom creative and fresh. This role will also coordinate the store’s sales activities and markets through social media to achieve a profitable store location.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Greets and welcome walk-in customers and assist them with in store purchases.

• Occasional in-home and regular in-store consultations to assist customers and clients with their furniture and décor selections.

• Keeps showroom organized with pricing, tagging, etc

• Creatively rotates floor displays and vignettes to attract positive attention from customers.

• Organizes and coordinates sales and marketing through social media.

• Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies.

• Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.

• Create customer job quotes and invoicing.

• Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.

• Uses company software to research, analyze, and track purchases.

• Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
