The Service Coordinator position will report directly to the Service Manager. This position will perform routine office and administrative work in Data processing, Scheduling, Order entry, Purchasing and Customer Service.

The position schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 pm, no travel required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist supervisor w/ customers calls, etc.
  • Assist supervisor in daily scheduling of technician’s w/ customers.
  • Update scheduling program daily.
  • Monitor open order report for completion in a timely manner.
  • Request and return rentals (purchasing/ordering).
  • Coordinate ordering of parts for jobs and assist with purchasing as required.
  • Checking/receiving in parts and staging in shop for scheduling.
  • Monitor service tickets for additional repairs.
  • Assist office admin. in collecting paperwork for closing of jobs.
  • Monitor and communication with supervisor on inspection repairs needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates preferred to have 3- 5 years’ experience in the overhead crane industry.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Lift lifting of packages no more than 25 lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· This job operates in a professional office environment.

· This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
