Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to penetrate accounts with the key decision makers to offer Canon Solutions America’s INNOVATIVE hardware and software technology-based solutions.
  • Develop and execute weekly personal sales plans to companies within an area and/or an assigned account list in this high potential territory.
  • Initiate contact; determine needs; conduct sales presentations/proposals with support from “specialty analysts” and Canon Solutions America support experts.
  • Develop selling strategies; maintain after-sale customer relationships with the support of Canon SolutionsAmerica support teams in marketing and customer service.
  • Complete all sales orders, reporting, forecasts, inventory and other business reports as needed.
  • Be ready to achieve 100% of personal quota by “Hunting” for the next Canon Customer.
  • Gain and maintain proficiency in product and promotional knowledge for long term career growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3-5 years of related experience.

  • Experience in office technology, business to business, outside sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills including the desire to build solid working relationships.
  • An interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry.
  • The ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills.
  • Some travel required within a local market (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).

Hybrid – This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office two company designated days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).
