Job Duties

Provides security and safety to the hotel/casino, all employees and guests of the hotel/casino complex.

Provides guests with assistance and directions.

Guards all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of hopper fills, chip fills and credits.

Operates card and dice destruction room.

Monitors property/casino entrances, checks for underage gamblers and coordinates any suspicious activities with security management.

Provides Family Style Service at all times.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous law enforcement or Security experience preferred.

Must have keen observation and reporting skills.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have ability to obtain CPR certification.

Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.

Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.
