The Role:

Infinity is extremely excited to partner and grow with the industry premier web hosting company to better serve small and medium businesses with all their hosting needs. Working alongside our client, we have designed a highly successful program based on upselling a wide array of products to existing customers, with a focus on targeting those who are most likely to buy. Candidates who love keeping up in a fast-paced environment, are motivated to succeed, and want to make their mark in sales would be a great addition to this team.


  • Responsible for outbound calls, at times high volumes of call using a provided lead list
  • Build and manage a pipeline
  • Conduct a needs analysis and uncover areas where our product can enhance their business, selling on a free trial basis.
  • Consult, show and engage customers mindfully
  • Initiate and consult relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining appropriate KPIs

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of consultative sales or lead generation experience preferred
  • 1 year of outbound call center experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals or related/similar experience
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
  • The vocal pitch, control, delivery & mental agility to continually learn closing techniques
  • Internet navigation and applications skills
  • Willingness to rebuttal objections, in a multitude of ways and multiple times if necessary
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs
  • Ability to adapt and work in a proven fast-paced team environment
