What Will Your Role Be?

As a Telesales agent you will generate sales in a fast-paced environment. Telesales agents are responsible for influencing potential customers to buy products or services. You will need to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered with all potential customers.

Start date: TBA

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.

Days and Time: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm EST plus a monthly bonus potential

Job Description for Telesales Agent:

  • Delivering scripted talks to residential or commercial customers to explain the benefits of our client’s products and services to persuade potential customers.
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Work with multiple computer applications while simultaneously taking inbound/outbound calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Uphold the quality standards of production rates and call quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed daily performance goals in order to meet monthly production goals.
  • Utilize a confident and persuasive personality with exceptional product knowledge that will provide a great sales experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales is a must!
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
