We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager who will oversee a sales team of technicians and comfort advisors. Lead Manage Accountability. The position will engage a person who is willing to study, provide training on product knowledge, customer connection, and how to close a sale.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Integrate processes and systems to be put into the active sales plan and develop quick training as new promotions, incentives, tax credits, etc., arise.
  • Evaluate and grade leads
  • Follow up on proposals with customer and technicians,
  • Provide leadership “Lead Manage Accountability” to CSR’s and dispatchers on booking calls and calling customers.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of technicians and comfort advisors.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Provides leadership to the sales team of technicians and comfort advisors.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
  • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
