Overview

Are you seeking a new opportunity to work for one of the world’s most admired companies? The Sales Manager for Large Format Printing Solutions (Manager, Sales) has a nationwide responsibility to manage a sales team that oversees direct (Canon Dealers) and indirect (Canon Resellers) sales to consistently achieve monthly sales quotas.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. *

Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and support each team member in an effort to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas
  • Pro-actively work closely with Canon senior management, large format marketing, service, and administration teams to bring the best Canon large format programs and support to channel partners
  • Develop and implement programs through the sales team to drive sales and increase Canon market share
  • Attain monthly sales revenue and annual quota
  • Develop strategies to increase Sales with key decision makers in the Dealer Sales Channel and with End User Customers focusing on Canon equipment and solutions
  • Provide marketing, technical, and administrative support to the Dealer Sales Channel and Customers
  • Dealer/Account Relationship Management
  • Major Account High Level Introductory Sales Calls
  • Support Demonstrations, Educational Seminars, Open Houses, events and shows
  • Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with Dealer Sales Channel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required plus 7 years of related experience
  • Experience to include sales management and knowledge of large format solutions
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% nationwide
  • Individual must possess a clean valid state driver’s license in order to obtain the position
  • This position requires driving, therefore a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Additionally, because this position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies

The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.

  • In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role if filled in New York City, Westchester County: $94,060 – $140,860 This role is eligible for commissions under the terms of an applicable plan.
