Who We Want

As we continue to grow our company, we are seeking a Sales Manager who believes they are a

What You’ll Do

The successful UET Sales Manager provides leadership, guidance, and direction to the Hunters and Account Managers in the Sales Department to meet company objectives.

  • LMA – Leading, managing, and holding people accountable.

  • Gross Profit – Achieve gross profit objectives set by the company, and work with individual salesmen to hit and exceed individual gross profit goals

  • The List – Maintain The List and target customer demographic profile and ensure efforts are focused on them. Delegate incoming leads.

  • Effective Execution

  • Teamwork – Team player and team leader

  • Hold a seat on the UET Leadership Team and participate in weekly leadership meetings.

  • Training – Commit to continuous improvement by fully engaging in training opportunities and committing to improve every aspect of your job and department’s effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven ability to coach and motivate team members and manage conflict;

    • Ability to provide feedback and hold accountable

  • Ability to travel occasionally.

  • Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others.

  • 3 Years Sales Experience

  • Sales Management Experience

  • CRM Savvy with the experience to utilize, train and manage the team

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in: Business w/ Government(schools), Buyer facilitation, Contracts, Bid proposals.
