What you’ll learn & achieve::

  • Proactively look to engage the broader account plan and provide awareness to account managers of Advisory opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of strategy for Emergo Advisory services by providing input on customer needs, pain points, trends, etc. to service manager
  • Quickly build trust and engage with customers to identify customer needs
  • Collaborate with customers to craft customized Advisory service solutions and deliver value
  • Use technical knowledge to build credibility and long-term relationships with buyers and centers of influence, in support of sales leadership
  • Communicate value proposition of Emergo services to clients based on highly technical knowledge of Medical Device industry
  • Serve as main point of client contact for Emergo services throughout sales cycle
  • Maintain knowledge base around Medical Device industry to anticipate and react to disruption within focus area and proactively address customer needs
  • Assist account managers with proposals and closings
  • Capitalize on opportunities to sell Emergo Advisory services
  • Support discovery and opportunity identification for Emergo services
  • Partner with account managers (GAMs, SAMs, KAMs) to create seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Emergo Advisory services, responsible for articulating value proposition and managing client interactions
  • Bring in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) when needed to support sales opportunities
  • Makes connections and builds trusted advisor status with relevant account owners
  • Supports smooth hand-off of customer to implementation teams or E&A customer success post-sale

What makes you a great fit::

  • 2+ years of Medical device sales experience
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Medical Device
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in engineering or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
  • Relevant technical capabilities related to Medical device industry

Total Rewards: All employees at UL are eligible for bonus compensation. UL offers a generous 401k matching structure of up to 5% of eligible pay. Additionally, we invest an additional 4% into your retirement saving fund after your first year of continuous employment. We provide Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts that UL contributes to twice per year! Depending on your role, you can work with your manager on flexible working arrangements. We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation, holiday, sick and volunteer time off.
The salary range for this position is $46k – $62k and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.
All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 75% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
