We are hiring MULTIPLE SDRs with the goal of transitions into an Account Executive role after 3 months. The compensation for the SDR role is $40k + 50% commission sharing for any orders placed. UNLIMITED COMMISSION POTENTIAL in Account Executive position.

At 3BG Supply, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) . The SDR will be responsible for outbound sales prospecting. The exciting aspect of 3BG’s business is our SDRs will not be targeting

COLD LEADS

, and instead, real customers that have already purchased from us and seen value in our model at some point in the past. This is because we currently have 11,000+ customers that have not placed an order in the last 12 months. This subset of our large customer base will be the focus of our SDRs. Rather than trying to close deals, the work will revolve around qualifying these past customers and moving them through the sales pipeline, until they’re ready to talk to our Account Executives. This two-step system allows for our SDRs to master the art of prospecting and our Account executives to focus on closing deals.

Equipped with information about this subset of target customers and our company, ideal SDRs will build a solid understanding of the industry and our sales process to spark meaningful conversations. As a result, they will spend much of their time reaching out to potential clients through the early stages of the sales funnel, either preparing these customers to speak with an Account Executive or screening their true intention to buy.

Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize company CRM (Netsuite), calling and email to generate new sales opportunities with a subset of past customers we consider Tier 6 (meaning they have not ordered in the last 12 months)
  • Set up appointment calls between a qualified customer and our Account Executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization (SDRs have a clear path to becoming an Account Executive)
