THE POSITION:

Namify’s Sales Assistant position will be responsible for organizing and assisting across multiple mediums. The Sales Assistant will effectively execute administrative responsibilities of an assigned Sales Executive. The Sales Assistant position will be performed in-office at our manufacturing facility itself.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls as necessary.
  • Assist customers in placing orders.
  • Answer customer’s questions.
  • Work in teams to achieve goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Cross-train on company-wide manufacturing processes.
  • Help clients feel comfortable ordering through Namify.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell other products that will help brand our clients.
  • Resolve concerns that clients have on the phone.
  • Communicate and articulate our product options to customers.
  • Promote and maintain open lines of communication with the sales, customer service, and operations management and teams.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure information is consistent and our dynamic company culture is maintained.
  • HubSpot follow up scheduling, keep sequences moving
  • Process small orders
  • Presenting the best foot forward when it comes to front desk client experiences
  • All other duties as assigned.

PAY: $16.00

Requirements:

Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States

Must perform Pre-Employment drug test

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Basic internet navigation skills
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service
  • Basic level of sales ability
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and efficient
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Can work in-person
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 3 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
