Position Description:

As the sales & service specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth under the direction of the director of ecommerce. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service, as well as identifying opportunities for new sales and marketing initiatives. Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including email, phone, and walk-in customers, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions.

· Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new opportunities for sales and marketing initiatives.

· Analyze customer feedback and purchase data to identify customer trends and preferences, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, building customer loyalty and driving repeat business.

· Respond to customer issues and complaints, resolving them quickly and effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.

· Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to reach them.

· Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new product offerings and promotions, ensuring that they are aligned with customer needs and preferences.

Requirements:

Qualifications:· Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and other stakeholders.· Excellent writing proficiency.· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and help develop targeted marketing campaigns.· Ability to learn quickly and make decisions unaccompanied.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.· Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.· Background and/or experience in agriculture, farming, gardening, turfgrass management, rangeland management, horticulture, landscaping, ecology, or similar areas strongly preferred.Working Conditions:While this is an office position, please note that you will be required to work near an environment containing dust and other plant related debris. Job Type:

  • Full time, 40 hours/week
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary: $19.00 – $22.00/hour based on experience
