About the Role: 

The Enrollment Coach role is a sales rep position responsible for converting prospects into clients. Each enrollment coach is asked to bring top-tier sales skills to a team of high-performing sales talent and be highly motivated to reach individual and team goals. 

What You’ll Do:

As an Enrollment Coach, you will be the first point of contact and you will play a critical role in setting the pace for what our team is able to accomplish. Daily, you will have authentic 60-minute phone conversations with 4-6 pre-qualified, warm prospects per day, 5 days per week, closing the sale on that first call with prospects who are qualified. You will also take ownership of meeting your sales targets by nurturing your own, independent pipeline to supplement the warm leads provided.

Our aim is to infuse these values into our sales experience, and as an Enrollment Coach, you will be on the front lines of making that happen. You will ensure that each sales call is transparent and transformative, delivering the truth with empathy and expertise, even when the prospect is resistant.

How You’ll Be Compensated:

This is a commission-based position. You’ll receive $1,000 per enrollment with bonuses for 10, 15, 20 + monthly enrollments. You’ll have a steady and well-qualified lead flow that will be yours to close. Average first year on target earnings $175k for experienced professionals. 

Who You’ll Work With:

You will report directly to the head of sales and be a member of an established, high-performing sales team. On a day-to-day basis, you will be in contact with the other members of the team who will champion your success – as you will champion theirs – similar to any winning professional sports team. You will also be in contact with our performance coaches, when necessary, to ensure a streamlined client experience. 

What You’ll Bring/Qualifications:

  • You have demonstrated experience as a results-oriented sales professional who is laser-focused on sales conversions and has proven results you can share.
  • You have experience with and easily relate to senior leaders, surgeons, and business leaders and have no qualms about asking deep, emotional questions during discovery; holding your frame as the expert to help them get to a place of clarity and make a life-changing decision.
  • You understand the critical component of mindset in sales and you have the emotional maturity to show up fully present in a peak performance state prior to every sales call.
  • You are not willing to accept second best; you will do what it takes to become a master in our industry and are self-motivated to do so.
  • You are a continual learner and will lean into our sales training, tools, and technology to continually refine and set new record sales results
  • You thrive in lucrative, commission-only positions where you will begin earning on DAY ONE. Our team earns a competitive income their very first week; no need to spend months networking to build out your sales book.
  • You appreciate the convenience of a work-from-home schedule, yet also do what it takes to meet your goals recognizing that you are playing on a world-class team
  • You are comfortable using a CRM (ours is Hubspot), keeping notes, tracking your sales performance metrics, and using the system to follow up and prospect.
  • You have your own computer and access to secure, high-speed internet.
