About The Role

As a SaaS Account Executive, you are responsible for increasing sales by giving virtual presentations and/or training of our products via video conference tools. You will follow up with clients through the different stages of our trial process. You will be responsible for owning, managing, and driving the process from the first contact through closing. The position requires strong follow through skills, effective communication, presentation and closing skills.

Duties/ Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform virtual demos of our products/tools to our prospective clients
  • Follow the sales process consistently, nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Negotiate sales deals between customers and agency, resulting in mutually beneficial agreements and cultivated relationships.
  • Record and maintain sales prospect and sales data within customer relationship management system.
  • Increase profitability and pipeline development by leveraging diverse marketing channels and sales strategies.
  • Create Core Process and any related training documents for sales systems.
  • Train all new sales agents and current on new systems.
  • Manage sales cycle from first contact to establish customer sale and maintain a solid customer base.
  • Handle all training for the team on new software such as CRM and usage of CRM.
  • Develop training on core processes for the team.
  • Train sales staff on relationship building between them and clients.
  • Upsell seats to our current client base.
