Description:

Rental Manager for a large apartment community.

Handles all aspects of the rental process from phone and email inquiries and apartment tours to screening and lease signings. Processes payments, leases, renewals and correspondence through a web-based property management system.

Communicates with existing residents regarding work orders, renewals, annual inspections and move-outs.

Coordinate your rental assistants’ daily workflow.

Manage collections of rent to ensure timely payments.

Additional team members are site manager and maintenance staff.
