Revolution is now hiring multiple Regional Sales Managers for its stretch film division. This is a remote position with one covering the New England region from New York to Maine and one covering the west coast. We are looking for proven Sales leaders who are dynamic, ambitious, and highly energetic with a passion for consistently achieving goals, targets, and revenue. Ideal candidates are leaders at stretch film manufactures and/or distributors. While the positions are remote, the employee will need to reside in their region.

  • Develop and manage sales and marketing strategy for the stretch film division.
  • Prospect potential customers and facilitate the sale of stretch film.
  • Hire and train new staff. Monitor staff performance, including performance reviews.
  • Set division goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to meet customer expectations and position the company for continued growth.
  • Establish operating controls to ensure stretch film products meet customer and market specifications.
  • Lead annual budgeting activities. Review financial, sales, and activity reports to monitor and measure the division’s productivity, goal progress, and activity levels.
  • Divisional profit and loss responsibilities.
  • Educate customers, brands, and distributors on the technical elements of stretch film.
  • Assist customers in developing circular economy programs to increase product collection and post-consumer recycling content in products.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Science based field preferred.
  • 7+ years demonstrated sales experience with 3+ years of experience in the load containment/stretch film market required.
  • Strong inclination toward sustainability in business and personal environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills and effectively communicating with management and internal and external customers.
  • Pragmatic and action-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions and priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite with working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to accurately handle multiple transactions in high demand, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated focus on a positive customer experience and exceeding customer expectations.
  • High level of integrity and ethics.
