And we are looking for some outstanding talent to add to our parts team at our Jeep of Columbus location. Being part of the Columbus Auto Group team, our parts associates have a very unique opportunity to be problem solvers for not only customers, but they work hand in hand with our service techs. This position is where you can really take ownership and grow as much as you want.

Don’t know everything about parts? No problem. Experience is NOT required. We train all our staff and set you up for success.

We pride ourselves on growing our associates and promoting from within. The majority of our management team has come from our service and sales department.

  • Greet customers, find out what product or service they require, satisfy the request or offer a solution; for non parts customers introduce them to an appropriate team member.
  • Serve customers to purchase replacement parts and supplies required to properly maintain and service their agricultural and lawn and garden equipment.
  • Record sales transactions and bin inventory records accurately.
  • Assist clients in managing their parts expense through our several parts stocking programs and handling machine down requests in an urgent manner.
  • Assist in merchandising the parts display area and keeping them organized.
  • Be familiar with all parts policies, forms and documents utilized in the parts department.
  • Have the ability to build relationships with customers making them “A Customer for Life”.
  • Provide applicable assistance Service and Sales administration processes.
  • Responsible for assisting service technicians by looking up parts required to complete customer, internal or warranty repairs.
  • Delivery of parts and supplies to designated supply points within our service department per the branch plan.
  • When required process returned parts immediately.
  • Receive in stock orders and daily orders putting away stock as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Strong customer relation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn parts systems, particularly computerized parts systems.
  • Basic technical skills to help clients select the correct parts.
  • Good computer skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player mindset.
