Outside Sale Representative

  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with other territories and sales management to support regional and global goals
  • Develop new opportunities through prospecting and territory research
  • Identify new business needs, develop and implement customized solutions for our customers
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan
  • Create and manage an appropriate pipeline to achieve sales goals
  • Hands-on account management
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals (attainment/quotas)
  • Perform sales calls, onsite and virtual
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Work with operations staff to determine service capability to meet customer needs
  • Works efficiently and enthusiastically on assignments.
  • Acts ethically and honestly, dependable, and willing to help where needed
  • Must interact with customers daily in a positive and professional manager
  • Awareness and commitment to quality management principles

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Experience in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and under the supervision of a supervisor
  • Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills
  • Must maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Strong phone presence and experience making/fielding dozens of calls per day
