VP Racing Fuels Inc

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Growth of international markets, specifically Mexico, Latin, and South America
  • Prospect, open, and manage new customer opportunities assuring they fit within the international distribution strategy.
  • Manage, communicate, and grow existing distribution channels in respective markets.
  • Visit customers to build relationships and facilitate sell-through of product line by educating ownership and staff on product features & benefits, and building brand visibility.
  • Attend international trade show events as a representative of VP Racing Fuels
  • Implement sales plans for the region to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Maintains timely communications with the International Sales Manager and corporate offices.
  • Communicates inter-departmentally within the corporate office and acts as the voice of the customer to proactively solve issues and ensure customer needs are met.
  • The ability to forecast sales by region and customer utilizing current data, seasonality, and firsthand knowledge of customers’ purchasing cycles.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to build brand awareness in respective markets

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

  • Ability to work independently while following overall management strategy
  • Complete knowledge of MS Office is a must with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate marketing needs as necessary for the designated region
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales preferably in some form of motorsport or Powersports industry
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in future
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30% to Mexico, Latin, and South America
  • Will be required to perform other duties as assigned.
