Description:

Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

  • Accountable for developing and maintaining a continued schedule to contact recent service clients through various methods of communication such as but not limited to phone and email.
  • Responsible for being logged into the Outbound Queue for full duration of work shift hours, excluding breaks and meal periods.
  • Required to produce consistent outbound calls (minimum of 75 each day) to all clients who had service in the previous two weeks, to set up either a repair through service or a complimentary free estimate appointment.
  • Responsible for achieving all daily and monthly goal requirements as listed on the Rep Tracker.
  • Produce and manage accurate and consistent tracking of all appointments.
  • Resolve customer issues from previous service appointments by utilizing soft skills and training.
  • Continuously review client call lists to ensure each client on the list has been called twice before a new list comes out.
  • Accountable for attending daily check-ins and skill building sessions
  • Responsible for reporting results continually and hitting budget targets monthly
  • Respond to Customer and client emails in a timely manner.
  • Provide back-up service where needed and as requested or directed.
  • Responsible to accommodate a flexible yet consistent work schedule to meet workload

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: Hourly with potential commission depending on productivity

Requirements:

Requirements/Education:

  • Applicants must have at least a High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
  • Must be a team player and successfully juggle and complete multiple priorities

Technical Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of math, reading, and writing is required
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing and virtualized server environments
  • Must be proficient using Google G Suite or MS Office Suite software to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Physical Demand:

  • Ability to sit and type at computer station for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to reach overhead
  • Must be able to execute all of the above functions and meet all of the above demands safely, posing no threat to themselves or those around them while doing so, and must willingly comply with applicable safety regulations in the completion of all work.
