PepWear, LLC, based in Cedar Hill, Texas, is a leading company producing and selling screen-printed and embroidered apparel, promotional products, and commemorative plaques to school groups, businesses, and not-for-profits throughout Texas and across the country. We are seeking strong inside sales representatives to join our team in our Custom Sales Department. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling similar products, excellent professional communication, and computer skills are highly organized, motivated in their personal growth, and takes responsibility for their success. This person will report to the Custom Sales Manager.

Inside Sales Representatives are paid a salary plus commissions based on achieving goals. In addition, we offer a full benefits package. Our benefits include but are not limited to:

Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 9-5, however, some customers prefer to communicate in the evenings and on weekends. During peak seasons longer hours may be required. The Inside Sales Representative will work onsite at our office until fully trained at which time some WFH will be acceptable with manager approval.

Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Manage an existing book of PepWear business

  • Prospect for new business by asking for referrals from existing customers and your own network of contacts

  • Reach out to customers and prospects by phone, email, and in-person

  • Create customer orders using our software. Responsible for selecting vendors, products styles, and colors, and communicating art instructions to our team of artists

  • Guide customers to the best solution for their needs based on thorough familiarity with our products and capabilities

  • Manage customer expectations

  • Additional duties as needed for sales success

Inside Sales Representative Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and team members

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to details

  • Two years of experience in decorated apparel sales or customer service, or related experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to quickly learn the company software program

  • Impeccable self-regulated time management and organizational skills

  • Physically able to lift 25 pounds when needed for in-person deliveries
