Position Overview

Generates solid relationships over the phone that lead to new customer engagements. Talks with small business owners to start the sales process by introducing ICS to them. This is a hybrid position; the candidate must be able to report to the office!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Cold calls prospects to identify decision makers and gain business intelligence.
  • Makes a minimum of 100 outbound dials daily.
  • Generates and confirms a minimum of 3-5 appointments for outside sales representatives per week.
  • Develops and manages leads through marketing and ICS’s CRM database.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication / telephone skills, comfortable talking to C-Level executives.
  • Confident, positive attitude.
  • Some sales experience desired.
  • Basic PC skills required.
