As an Inside Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for coaching and developing a team of eight-ten Team Captains with teams of approx ten Sales Associates. These responsibilities will include hiring, onboarding and providing leadership to directly influence behaviors on your team, and driving all aspects of team performance. We are looking for a motivated and proven leader to help us advance our high-performing team and put the needs of our clients first and promote our internal Core Values.

What you’ll do:

  • Effectively manage and lead

    a team of eight-ten Team Captains with teams of approx ten Sales Associates

  • Responsible for onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and developing sales agent skill sets.
  • Conduct KPI-focused weekly team meetings that inform, motivate, and recognize achievement. KPI’s include but are not limited to: deals signed, conversion ratio, talk time, and active rate
  • Handle call reviews, top performer call calibrations, monthly 1:1s, sales workshops on specific topics for associates and other activities.
  • Maintain team accountability to company policies, procedures and expectations – attendance, conduct, etc.
  • Be responsible for special projects and reporting functions, as well as all continued sales training.
  • Act as a liaison between upper management and team captains; as well as, between underwriting and sales team. Collaborate with other teams and areas of the business (Compliance, QA, etc.)
  • Assist with managing new lead source campaigns, including but not limited to: lead assignment, chat features, feedback tracking, and agent coaching

What you’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong sales mentality with prior sales experience in personal lending / debt settlement is strongly preferred.
  • High-level analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and present business presentations, results and influence others.
  • High energy self-starter drive, capable of multitasking, taking initiative, and managing workload.
  • Positive and professional attitude, maintaining composure under stress.
  • Creativity, with the ability to be flexible and adaptable and drive employee motivation, engagement, and development.

This position is primarily in-person at our Irvine, CA location.

Candidates must be willing to commute to our office to hold live, in-person training.


$70-80k annually depending on experience plus performance bonuses
