INSIDE SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPER

DESCRIPTION:

At Legends Home, we believe a successful sales team makes connections with its customers and creates long-lasting relationships. The Inside Sales / Business Developer Representative will focus on customer acquisition and retention. This position involves calling new and current customers and developing new business leads. The Inside Sales Representative will provide prospective customers with all services offered and additional information as needed. They will work with the customer to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. This position only performs the function of obtaining new leads for our Field Sales Team. The ISR/BDR reports directly to the VP of Sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate Demand for Legends Home products.
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential customers.
  • Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with Legend’s field sales team to move forward sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining CRM database with prospective customer information.
  • Ability to meet various KPIs as set by management.
  • Communicate with cross-functional internal teams (Customer Support and Marketing) to improve the entire customer experience (i.e., oversee e-mail campaigns)
  • Participate in ongoing sales training.
  • Begin every day at the office preparing and planning the day as well as attending training/team meetings.
  • Conduct outbound calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all Legends Home products, services, and solutions to your clients.
  • Develop and present proposals tailored to each individual client’s specific needs.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones every day.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • You will be given the task of field prospecting face to face and virtually every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Driven: A high level of energy, focus and commitment to achieving sales goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in learning about new businesses and solving problems for your clients.
  • 5 years of inside B2B sales ideally in the furniture industry.
  • Consultative sales approach and relationship-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
