. This position Is remote, but does require regular travel to Rock Island, Illinois and our OEM facilitiesThe Global Account Manager will develop and lead sales strategies and establish effective sales processes for our global OEM business.

Essential Functions:

  • Enterprise and site level management of key strategic OEM accounts and driving / leading projects
  • Lead contract management and negotiation
  • Support customer supplier ratings process and evaluation
  • Coordinate pricing, strategy, and overall value proposition
  • Collaborate with teammates on their projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering and product marketing teams to bring new products to market
  • Support in driving internal collaboration to adapt and adjust our offerings to meet the customer’s needs
  • Drive growth by utilizing existing and new product lines to best fit the customers’ needs and applications
  • Engage with customer design engineers and leadership on complex projects with multiple year design cycles
  • Present engineering analysis results, testing data and detailed explanations on a given solution
  • Provide support for new product implementation and current machine issues
  • Support Order Management teammates with orderbook management

Key Must Have’s:

  • Global OEM account experience; preferably with large OEM business in the Ag sector.
  • Strong ability to drive forecasting to ensure needs of the customer are met and exceeded.
  • History of driving profitable growth and market expansion in OEM and aftermarket.
  • Superior business acumen; highly analytical, data driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, including sales, product management, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and IBP.
  • Proven track record of turning strategy in tangible action plans that produced measurable financial results to meet critical deliverables.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, MBA preferred but not required.
  • 2 years of OEM customer account management experience.
  • 5 years of OEM customer sales experience.
  • ERP experience.
  • Mastery with Microsoft Office products and analytical tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
