We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demand Planner with a minimum of 3 years of experience with a focus on Apple accessories and B2B products and solutions. This role will be based in San Clemente, CA, and will focus on a wide range of supply chain and demand planning activities, including systematic forecasting, SIOP coordination, inventory tracking, and strategic supplier network management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain systematic demand planning processes, moving away from spreadsheet-based methods and manual communications.
  • Implement, lead, and coordinate an effective S&OP process as a cornerstone of the demand planning cycle for the brand and company.
  • Connect PLM process to forecasting and procurement execution, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Implement a structured procurement process, including parameters to trigger orders based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Implement and maintain ERP and inventory tracking systems for components at suppliers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for decision-making.
  • Manage end-of-life (EOL) system data, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
  • Proactively share lead time information with cross-functional teams to enable effective production planning and scheduling.
  • Track and report on the breakdown of finished goods at suppliers, supporting effective supply chain management.
  • Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships, maximizing capabilities and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Address sourcing challenges related to minimum order quantities, component stock, and purchase order management.
  • Coordinate EOL changes and project updates during the PLM/Gate process, minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.
  • Drive process improvements and proactive problem-solving, rather than reactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with the China-based team to manage time zones and ensure smooth operations.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the Apple accessories and B2B products space.
  • Strong understanding of Apple’s ecosystem, products, accessories, and B2B market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in ERP, inventory tracking, and PLM systems.
  • A clear understanding of all aspects of the S&OP process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer electronics and familiarity with common hardware platforms and processes in operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end supply chain processes and driving process improvements.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and navigating time zone challenges.
