Purpose of this Position:
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for net new sales of our Cyber Security Services offering. The Cyber Security Sales Executive

manages the full sales cycle with organizations that have IT security needs. You will identify prospects within the region, understand their challenges and highlight how our solutions and services will enhance and simplify their IT security and compliance efforts

The Cyber security Solutions Engineer will be a critical resource in helping our partners maximize the value from the 1nteger Security Suite. This person will serve as the presales Cyber Security Solution specialist and work with the sales force to drive the growth of 1nteger Security. This resource will be responsible for: ensuring our sales team understands how 1nteger offerings can grow their business, facilitate new Security Product adoption and drive increased cyber security awareness within the organization. This role is responsible for pre-sales engagements providing business use case and technical overview for partners looking to adopt new products & services from 1nteger.

Requirements:

· Serve as a pre-sales cyber security expert helping guide sales and their prospects through our offerings.

· Understand the security landscape and help prospects understand how different solutions compliment/compete with one another to guide them to a comprehensive solution

· Assist sales team with security specific integrated RFI/RFP responses

· Provide prospects with strategies, experiential learning, and innovative solutions in cyber security.

· Share best practices, solving specific business problems differently from knowledge and experience.

· Act as a cyber security subject matter expert, supporting marketing events – conferences, customer demos, capability show case, webinars, etc. · Provide technical expertise to facilitate the Sales Qualification Process as needed

· Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge, participate in technical communities of interest

· Identify problems in customer environments; effectively engages prospects at the technical management levels

· Become the point of contact and answer all technical questions regarding proposals, configurations, products, and services for the 1nteger portfolio.

· This candidate needs to be located in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic Region of the US and preferably within commuting distance on one of our regional offices (Upstate NY, New England, Mid Atlantic, Southern California)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years IT Experience /Cyber Security selling experience
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding Cloud & Network Security products including Extended Detection and Response (XDR), SIEM Solutions, ED/MDR, IDS/IPS, Cloud Security, Vulnerability and Penetration Testing Services · Demonstrated ability to discuss the financial and business implications of solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, comfort playing multiple roles and operating in a rapidly changing and growing area
  • Basic knowledge of compliance process and regulatory requirements such as: HIPAA, PCI, and NIST-800 & CMMC.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be self-directed and independent.
  • Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Empathetic, enthusiastic, and effective communicator with strong rapport building skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • · Self-starter who can work independently with a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • High degree of flexibility with the ability to work in a small, fast-paced.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, initiate, and cultivate business relationships with key executives, contacts, and sponsors within assigned accounts/territory
