ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coach to join our team. The Sales Coach will be responsible for coaching and developing sales representatives across the Campbellsport and Kiel regions to achieve their customers’ objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement, develop training programs, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales targets and client expectations through, out of this world, hospitality, connection, consultation, and organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales coaching programs that focus on improving the performance, productivity, and hospitality of the sales team
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with sales representatives to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback on their performance
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team’s product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service skills
  • Collaborate with all of Drexel to develop sales strategies and set sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings to reinforce training and coaching initiatives and share best practices
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven track record of coaching sales in a formal or informal coaching and/or sales role…or any role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and willingness to develop and participate in training programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region: 1-hour travel radius around Kiel and 1-hour radius around Campbellsport
