The Brand Ambassador will represent the Maglio family of brands in a positive light and increase brand awareness and loyalty among potential and existing customers.

  • Represent the company as educator and solution provider to support all customer needs. Must be able to attend and participate in food shows and related events including training sessions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educat potential customers about the brand’s products and services.
  • Network with potential customers, industry influencers, and media outlets to increase brand visibility.
  • Build relationships with customers and maintaining ongoing communication with them to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Creating and sharing content on social media platforms that promote the brand and its products.
  • Participating in photo and video shoots to create promotional material for the brand.
  • Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer perceptions, preferences, and concerns.
  • Collaborating with other brand ambassadors and marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in the development and communication of the strategy to grow our sales across all business channels.
  • Understand the current trends within the business, analyze the competition and increase the company’s market share regionally and nationally.
  • Must be able to network effectively to make new contacts and drive incremental sales.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to each customer.
