ECO DRIVE USA is seeking a motivated, experienced, outgoing, and customer service-oriented automotive sales manager to join our team. It is a rare opportunity to work on Tesla vehicles. What You’ll Do


  • Manage entire fleet inventory including pricing organizing vehicle prep, photography for, listings, and advertising;
  • Ensure that the dealership website is up-to-date and optimized to attract new and repeat business, and reflect all current promotions and advertising;
  • Use CRM, lead, and inventory management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis, and follow up on repeat business; Perform Vehicle Physical maintenance.
  • Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models; explaining warranties and services;
  • Work on vehicle billing and CVR (Computerized Vehicle Registration) transactions; Process car deals and prepare the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV);
  • Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers;
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction;
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals;
  • Work with overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services, and finance;

What You’ll Bring


  • 5+ years of automotive sales experience;
  • Track record of exceeding previous sales quotas and goals;
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment;
  • Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees;
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Outgoing and service-oriented attitude;
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Finance experience is a plus;
  • Superior communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere;
  • Professional attitude and attire;
  • Clean and insurable driving record;
