We are an Electrical/Mechanical/Software engineering firm located in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Founded in 1974, we have grown to become one of the leading systems integrators and solutions providers for the industrial automation in the Midwest.

Our expertise is in the design, build, and programming of Industrial Control Systems, Manufacturing Information Systems, and Custom Automated Machines. Our customer base includes some of the world’s leading industrial manufacturers.

As an Automation Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and growing new customers. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a strong team, selling innovative automation solutions.

This is a base salary plus commissions-based position. Extensive travel with 15% overnight travel.

Your day-to-day job duties as an Automation Sales Engineer will include:

· Prospect and develop relationships with new customers using a consultative sales approach.

· Develop and implement a sales and business development plan to build a customer base.

· Define, initiate, and execute account strategies.

· Promote ongoing engagement/communication with customers to promote company’s capabilities.


· An Associate degree in a related technical field or 5+ year’s related work experience.

· Demonstrated automation/mechanical/technical aptitude.

· Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, Motion Control, Control System Design, Pneumatics, Hydraulics.

Preferred Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a field related to Sales.

· 2+ years of experience in a control systems integrator or manufacturing automation environment.
