Artisan’s Holdings is seeking a highly motivated, tenacious, and experienced sales professional to join our growing team.

We are a creative marketing agency holding company that owns a group of specialized marketing agencies servicing clients in emerging market industries such as casino, cannabis, online gaming, and ecommerce. Each agency brand employs a group of experts with advanced knowledge in their specific industry. We offer SEO, content creation, high-end video production, and brand development for our clients.

In this role, you’ll be focused on new business through executing on outbound campaigns that target growth-driven companies in our niche industries, generating interest and closing deals for our SEO, content creation, video production, and brand development services.

  • Base + Commission compensation model with High income potential. Our clients have large marketing budgets, and you’ll earn generous commissions. We’re expecting a 1st-year OTE of $90,000 to $125,000+, and 2nd-year OTE of $150,000+.

Your Day-to-Day at Artisan’s Holdings

  • Prompt and strategic follow-up via phone, email, and social media for all inbound leads that come through
  • Design and execute creative outbound prospecting strategies to reach potential clients through cold calls, emails, social selling, direct mail, etc.
  • Be accountable to the production of your efforts
  • Comfortable and confident using the phone to engage leads
  • Carry yourself well on Zoom calls
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set, qualified leads worked, deals closed, etc.)
  • Stay informed on niche market industries and the evolving landscape of digital marketing to add value during sales calls
  • Identify pain points and challenges that motivate our clients to engage our services
  • Regular sales training and reporting to management committed to investing in personal and professional growth; this includes weekly 1-on-1 meetings, team meetings, and monthly alignment meetings
  • Continual self-improvement and career growth opportunities
  • Maintain organized data, clean up pipeline, and produce weekly reports to leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience in an outbound sales environment
  • A business-centric mindset – you help prospects focus on their business goals. We are not a transactional sale, you must get into the weeds with clients.
  • Experience selling in niche emerging market industries would be a huge bonus
  • Ability to follow a proven process while adapting and thinking “on the fly”
  • Inquisitive nature and constant pursuit of learning and growth
  • Demonstrated empathy towards potential customers, even walking away from a deal if the fit isn’t right
  • Resilient in the face of rejection
