SI Auto is currently looking for an Account Executive within the Oklahoma City, OK metro area. The Account Executive is the central communication piece that holds the accounts together and keeps them moving in the right direction. At SI Auto what sets us apart is our commitment to excellence when it comes to servicing our clients. We believe that accounts are retained by building and maintaining relationships with Clients.

Requirements

  • Maintain all client budgets in Advantage and the Master Budget Sheet – approve billing
  • Create monthly reports and set up monthly in person meetings
  • Act as project manager for all creative requests
  • Build monthly preview calendars for all clients. These should be sent to clients before the month starts.
  • Execute on-boarding checklist for all new clients
  • Help Content Producers build strategy for social and SEO content
  • Proof all digital ads, social, and SEO content before going live
  • Strategic Planning – Keep a tentative plan (3 months out) for each client so we’re always on offense
  • Weekly Communication – weekly call to check in with clients. Doesn’t have to be formal. Weekly email recap.
  • Look for upsell opportunities with new services

Expectations

  • Rapid Response – we don’t want to live in reaction mode, but we do want to be quick to respond to clients. Even if that means just responding to them letting them know we got their email / text / vm and setting the expectation on when they should receive something in return.
  • Take Initiative – The best way to build trust is to take initiative. Look ahead and do what needs to be done before being asked.
  • Build Relationships – Study your clients business, but also get to know them. What do they like / not like?
  • How do they prefer to communicate? Personal life – birthdays, family, hobbies, etc. Be thoughtful. This is the key differentiator for us.
